In July 2024, ‘Insight’ became a member of the Habitat International Coalition [HIC] after applying for membership.
HIC is a global, independent, and non-profit network for the defense, promotion and realization of human rights related to habitat and a safe place to live in peace and with dignity, both in urban and rural areas.
INSIGHT is an independent non-profit organization working in all its efforts to monitor and document human rights violations in Syria and to provide information and data on them in order to advocate for cessation action and justice.
The Coalition works through solidarity, networking and capacity development of social movements and organizations, influencing public policies on the international agenda, while seeking systemic change, developing and advocating transformative practices, norms and standards as a means of achieving social justice and improving living conditions.
